Since Halmek Lithium’s establishment, we have prioritised environmental protection and sustainability. At our lithium hydroxide production plant, we take great pride in our facilities. We use advanced technologies and equipment to ensure that our production is efficient, reliable, and safe. Our production plant is equipped with modern equipment, such as the Thermo Scientific ICP spectrometer and AND analyzers from Japan. Our facilities are regularly maintained and upgraded to meet the highest standards in the industry. We also have a dedicated team of experts who exercise control of the production process to make sure that we consistently meet our customers’ needs and requirements. New production site
This greenfield plant will have a capacity of producing 20,000 tons per year of battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate, exploiting spodumene concentrate as the primary raw material. The project is presently under construction, with the first production line planned to launch in Q1 2024. The second production line, with a similar capacity, is expected to commence operations in 2026.
The second hydrometallurgical plant located on the territory of the UZLOVAYA SEZ (Special economic zone) in the Tula region.
In November 2016 a new era in the life of our company got started: we have launched production of lithium hydroxide. The plant is located in Tula region and is equipped with the latest facilities and meets international manufacturing quality standards.
Halmek TM lithium hydroxide is tested and certified according to Russian and international quality standards and is successfully used in many high tech plants in Russia, CIS and other countries.
